IT Service Desk Analyst - Windows 10 Upgrade - Sandy

An IT Service Desk Analyst with experience upgrading to Windows 10 is required by our client based in Sandy, Bedfordshire. A salary of £21,000 basic is available for this fixed term contract.

Our client is a Charitable organisation looking to put together an experienced team of IT Service Desk Analysts to managed and support their Microsoft Windows 10 Upgrade Project. You must have strong Microsoft Windows 10 experience preferably including upgrading and supporting.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will ideally have experience working with a large number of users as this project covers support for 2000 users. You will be rolling out new hardware and upgrading some existing hardware to improve the user experience. You must experience imaging devices, re-installing user applications, manage issues and look for ways to continually improve processes and communications.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10, Office 2016 / O365
- Upgrade project experience
- Experience in a busy technical support environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix and Microsoft SQL is useful, but not essential

Who will suit this role?
This is a role for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst or IT Support Technician with strong Windows 10 upgrade experience. You will be based from offices near Sandy, Bedfordshire. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Basic salary from £19,500 to £21,200 depending upon experience
