IT Support Analyst - Education - Bracknell

An IT Support Analyst is required by our client in the Education Sector near Bracknell, Berkshire for a temporary role to Christmas, then going permanent in the new year. A salary of £25,000 basic is available.

The IT Support Analyst will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connectivity, printer and software issues as well as be the first line support for all users within the college. You will provide access and induct new users as well as set up laptops, projectors, whiteboards and IT equipment as well as various software.

The IT Support Analyst will also act as the contact for the third party managed service provider assisting the resolution or faults and acting as a guide for remote engineers. Experience monitoring antivirus, performing routine server checks and maintenance for the networks is key for this role.

The IT Support Analyst will support the College’s Virtual Learning Environment (via Moodle) as well as live streams via Adobe Connect. You will manage VOIP telephony and knowledge of network administration with TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and wireless is advantageous.

This is an excellent temp role for an experienced IT Support Analyst or IT Support Technician to work in a responsible role in support of the Managing Service Provider. You will be based from offices near Bracknell, Berkshire.

Basic salary to £25,000 pro rata.
