IT Support Analyst - Charity - Newcastle


A strong IT Support Analyst is required by a leading charity to assist with the development of IT systems / policies along with providing hardware and software support to internal users. The successful candidate will be an advanced user of Microsoft products and will be a key part in getting the charity using their IT systems to their potential.

A salary of up to £30,000 plus excellent pension contributions is available for the right candidate.

Client
An established and leading charity

Skills Required:
- Provision of hardware and software support
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- User training on existing systems
- Support asset management, backup and recovery strategies with the management team
- Development of security policy and data protection
- Assist with the internal development of IT systems and operational practices
- Experience of Access and Sharepoint would be useful

Salary
Up to £30k plus benefits

Term
This will be a 2 year fixed term contract
